We are a Family Medical Center dedicated to meeting the needs of our community. We have Civil Surgeons certified by the Department of Homeland Security to assist you in the application process. Our goal is to help you with the completion of your Immigration and Naturalization Application and make the process as easy as possible by providing you with a complete and accurate physical examination as required by law.

The Primary requirement for obtaining entry and/or residency to the United States is that a medical examination as part of the application process, be performed by a Civil Surgeon certified by the Department of Homeland Security.
Our bilingual staff includes a certified civil surgeon of the USCIS (formerly INS)
We are equipped to provide you with the all the services required to complete your application process, making it convenient for you and your whole family.
